Apple Cinnamon Breakfast with Collagen

Ingredients:

1 medium apple
1/2 Tbsp. butter
pinch of cinnamon
150 grams 2% Greek yogurt
1 scoop Vital Protein Collagen Peptides

Instructions

  1. Core and chop up your apple. You can peel your apple if you prefer.
  2. Melt the butter on a small pan. When it melts, add your apple.
  3. Coat your apple in the butter and top with cinnamon.
  4. Cook unti your apple is soft and slightly brown.
  5. Mix your unflavored collagen with 150 grams 2% or 0% Greek yogurt.
  6. Let your apple cool slightly and eat with the yogurt.

Top with granola, cereal or whatever your heart desires!
