No one likes diets! Eating healthy needs to be a habit and a lifestyle not a temporary way of life. Weight loss done in a slow and healthy way will be much easier to sustain than restrictive diets and juice cleanses. Based on my own experiences I know that progress is greatly affected by what you eat. Training 6 days a week will only get you so far if you aren’t eating the right foods. This is why counting calories isn’t always the most effective way to achieve your goals. Tracking macros allows you to eat from all food groups because you are focused on the grams of fat/protein/carbs contained in food instead of simply their caloric value.

There’s no such thing as “good food” and “bad food”. There is simply food that provides more nutrients than other food. Your body doesn’t think “You ate fries! I’m going to store that as fat!” Instead your body recognizes the macro nutrients that make up the fries and uses them or stores them based on your body’s needs. This is why focusing on macros instead of calories allows you to include the foods you love. When you regularly eat the foods you enjoy, you lower the chances of you binging on treats and are more readily able to stick to your meal plan.

Now macros and meal prepping can be a daunting task! So let me help you take the guess work out of what you should be eating! As someone who loves eating I’ve never been successful when told to eat baked chicken breast with steamed broccoli and brown rice everyday. That’s why my meal plans include recipes like waffles, pancakes, beef and broccoli, chili, lasagna and bolognese! Each week you’ll get new delicious recipes. This plan is perfect for those interested in starting to meal prep! The five day meal plan includes 1 set of meals with recipes for the week. It works well for those who simply don’t have the time to prep twice a week (just like me!) but would like to save money on eating out and stick to a certain number or calories or macros.

This plan included: includes 1 breakfast recipe, 1 lunch recipe, 1 dinner recipe and 2 snacks per day. Your meal plan will always be based on your customized macros to help you reach your goals. This option is perfect for those who want to track their own macros on the weekend and have some flexibility to eat out or eat a variety of things based on their macros (flexible dieting!). The cost includes weekly check in with me, to ask questions and get support.

My most popular meal plan is the 7 day plan which includes 2 sets of meals with recipes for the week. People find the most success with this plan because the variety prevents them from getting bored with eating the same food for too long. It includes 2 breakfast recipes, 2 lunch recipes, 2 dinner recipes and 2 snacks that are repeated for 3 and 4 day periods. Meals are repeated Monday to Thursday and Friday to Sunday. I recommend prepping meals twice a week (Sunday and Thursday) for maximum freshness. Your meal plan will always be based on your customized macros to help you reach your goals. The cost includes the chance to check in with me, ask questions, and get support.

    I absolutely love you and your page! I’m so lucky that I found you, because you’re such an inspiration!! I’ve been trying to be healthier because I don’t currently like my diet, and how weak I feel when I go the gym. I’ve also been trying to meal prep, but I don’t know how to start. I really love cooking so that isn’t an issue, and your meals look😍😍 I’m so excited, because I know I can do this, I just need guidance because I don’t know how to start in my own.
