Travelling, eating and my go to breakfast

Staying on track while traveling can be tough. Luckily, we mostly stay in Airbnbs which means I can cook!

Eating at least one meal at “home” helps you save money, calories and maintain a little control over what you’re eating…while still leaving room to try new foods. Also, I absolutely love grocery shopping in different countries!!! So many different and exciting things.

Above is a sample of a breakfast I’ll make while traveling.

BREAKFAST: 2 eggs, sauteed vegetables, avocado, chicken + a side of Greek yogurt with buckwheat cereal, blueberries, freeze-dried strawberries, bananas, figs and sunflower seeds.

I’ve also been eating:

1. Protein Oats

2. Regular oatmeal + a protein shake

3. PB banana sandwiches

4. Egg whites with deli meat and cheese on pumpernickel

5. Greek yogurt with fresh fruit and a protein shake

6. Last nights pizza I found on the kitchen #truestory
