This is a great meal prep in a pinch. you can easily modify it by adding more or less deli meat, mini pitas and veggies. Like I said in the video, I do recommend saving this for when you’re in a pinch as I don’t necessarily recommend eating deli meat regularly. When we do buy it I am to key the nitrate free one. But generally I’d suggest just making your own baked/grilled/pulled chicken.
