5 Minutes Pulled Chicken


This is my go to recipe for pulled chicken. Prep time: 5 min. Per 100 grams: 1C/1.5F/24P or 115 calories

1. lightly spray slow cooker with oil
2. add chicken breast
3. season with lemon juice 1/3 cup, 4 cloves minced garlic and pepper
4. cover with 1 cup low sodium chicken broth
5. cook on low for 8 hours
6. use two forks to shred the chicken
7. you can let the shredded chicken soak up the remaining broth or drain the liquid

This pulled chicken is great with rice, potatoes, on salads or added to soup. You can also season individual servings with different sauces so you feel like you have some variety throughout the week.
