Eating healthy is one of those wonderful things that can be quite costly. These are some of my tips and tricks for:

7. saving money on produce and fruit and make sure you’re getting the most bang for your buck
Now some people will watch this video and think that’s a lot of money for 5 days worth of food for 2 people but…think about how much a morning coffee is or eating out lunch once or twice a week. We are able to eat clean, healthy and delicious meals and snacks (3 meals and 2-3 snacks) for about $12 CAD or $9.20 USD.
