Jamie Oliver Pea Soup

This is from a Jamie Oliver book. I’m not sure which one..as this recipe has been passed from friend to friend this way for a couple months now.

I don’t use ham or mint. Instead, I cook 1-2 chorizo sausages and add them when the pea soup is done (after blending).

Time: 3o-40 minutes
Yields: 6-8 servings (I double the recipe for meal prepping)
