While I generally try to include a lot of whole foods in my life, being on a cut means I will make an even greater effort to eat fresh, whole and unprocessed foods.
Processed foods tend to be a lot more calorie dense which isn’t great for dieting. In order to feel “full” as much as possible I include a lot of fresh produce throughout the day.
