You can’t out train a bad diet. When people tell me they aren’t seeing progress despite intense workout schedules, I ask them what they’re eating. The truth is you can’t expect to see change if you aren’t paying attention to your diet. And by diet, I mean the foods you put into your body 7 days a week.
When I go grocery shopping 90% of the things I buy are unprocessed. They rarely even have ingredient labels because there are no additives or preservatives.
