Eating Out Tips

Get anxiety eating out? Here are my go to restaurant requests/modification:
✔️Extra protein
✔️half the noodles (in things like my pho or udon)
✔️half the rice and double the veggies
✔️baked instead of fried
✔️Half fries, half salad
✔️Sauce on the side
✔️Cheese on the side
✔️Dries fruit on the side

We’re extremely lucky to be living in an amazing time when a lot or restaurants are more aware or people’s dietary needs and preferences. You best believe people who are celiac, have allergies or are plant based ask to clarify or modify their orders. So why can’t you do the same? Within reason people!

Some people say, “Oh, I don’t want to be an inconvenience.” But believe me, lots or us are haha 😂. I don’t think there’s anything wrong with requesting something within reason. Either they can accomodations or they can’t. Either way, speaking up to make your dining experience less stressful and more enjoyable, is always worth an ask in my opinion.
