This is not an extensive list but it’ll help to give you some ideas of what you can put on your plate and in your belly. I also never decrease my carbs that low so I can easily fit all of these things in (and lots more!)

I definitely will be eating more and different carbs like this..rice, sweet potatoes, oatmeal, but these are great low calorie options for rest days or meals that aren’t pre or post workout.
Treats:
- air popped popcorn
- low carb protein waffles (recipe here)
- soda water with fruit instead of soda
- smoothies with protein
- Spokes (these are a Candian potato chip kinda thang, I can basically eat half a bag and still be in a deficit. So delicious)
- PB2 or powdered peanut butter instead of regular peanut butter
- low calorie ice cream ex. Halo Top, Proyo, Englightened, Breyers
- make smoothies with fresh fruit and greek yogurt and freeze them into popsicles
- a piece of dark chocolate 85% is my personal go to
- Jerky ( I love jerky but consider it a treat, vs every day food because of the sodium)
Seasoning:
- use dried spices and low sodium seasonings
- some people enjoy chewing on gum
- lemon
- lime
- red wine vinegar
- balsamic vinegar
- raspberry vinegrette
- curry powder
- fresh herbs
- hot sauce
- cook things in broth instead of water
- sauteed onions and garlic
- cinnamon
- cocoa powder
