TWO Recipes Protein Waffles

Cook time: 5 minutes
Yields: 1 waffles

Choose ONE of the recipes and use ONLY the ingredients listed under. The steps for preparing and making the waffles are identical.

Ingredients for waffle ONE: 

2 eggs (OR 1 egg and 1/8 cup of egg whites)
1 scoop protein powder (I use Allmax vanilla or optimum nutrition vanilla)
1 medium banana

Ingredients for waffle TWO: 

1 egg
1 scoop protein powder (I used optimum nutrition vanilla and chocolate mixed together)
1 tsp baking powder
1 tbsp water

1. Turn on waffle maker (medium heat if that’s an option)

2. Spray waffle maker with oil or spray

3. Blend together all ingredients

4. Pour batter into waffle maker in a circular motion until the batter fills in the mold

5. Let the waffle rise and cook for about 5 minutes

I like to eat mine with Greek yogurt, maple syrup and fresh berries or cook up an apple in butter and cinnamon
