How to get started meal prepping

What’s one small and sustainable change you can make today that will get you closer to your goals? So often people want to make big, drastic changes in order to reach their goals. For most us that ends in failure because our approach just wasn’t realistic. Big changes can happen by doing little things. Instead of focusing on what you can’t change, focus on what you can do to get you closer. For many of us slow and steady gets us to where we want to be without too much.

If meal prepping for 4 days is too daunting, start by meal prepping some easy like overnight oats #justgetfitovernightoats for 3 or 4 days. It’ll make your mornings easier and give you a little taste of how it can help. If that works well, make something in your slow cooker for lunch. My suggestion is to find a recipe where you can just throw everything in without requiring too much work. Something like my chicken chili might be a good place to start. You certainly don’t have to prep all your meal to be successful. Sometimes just having food ready to keep you on track when you’re busy is enough to help!
