High Carb Fruit

Summer time usually means more delicious carbs in the form of fruit. ?????

Carbs are NOT bad, they help fuel your body. I personally love fruit after a workout because it helps to restore your glycogen levels in both your liver and you muscles ? I’ve listed these fruits as “high carb” because in comparison to some other fruits, these ones have a higher carbohydrate make up.

While some people stay away from fruit because of the sugars, carb value and fear of weight gain. You have to remember to do what works for YOU!
