?burpees (you can do chest to deck, add a push up or this variation ?)

?2 mountain climbers + 1 single leg push up

1 minute of each exercise with 20 seconds rest in between.

I’m not a fan of cardio so I aim to do workouts like this once a week because they get my heart racing! .
