Carbs are NOT bad, they help fuel your body. I personally love fruit after a workout because it helps to restore your glycogen levels in both your liver and you muscles ? I’ve listed these fruits as “low carb” because in comparison to some other fruits, these ones have a lower carbohydrate make up.
